A temporary guidance facility was opened on December 15, 2019 to help visitors properly understand the attractions of the Yoro River Basin Tabuchi Geomagnetic Reversal Formation, a National Natural Monument. Exhibits and videos are shown to provide visitors with easy-to-understand explanations of the fascination of the area, including the relationship between the geomagnetic inversion mechanism and the strata, and the fossils found in the vicinity.

Visitors to the Tibanian can apply to be guided by the NPO Tabuchi Tibanians Guiding Department. An overview is as follows.
