Application Guidelines
[Purpose]

The purpose of this contest is to let many people know the charm of Ichinomiya Town through photographs and to contribute to the development of the region through this contest.

[Entry Rules]

（ 1 ） Eligibility ： No limitation （ Professional ・ Any amateur ）
（ 2 ） Number of entries ： No limitation
（ 3 ） Submission period ： January 1, 2023 （ Sun ） ～ September 30, 2023 （ Sat ） Submission by
（ 4 ） Work standard ： Taken by the applicant himself/herself by October 1, 2022 （ Sat ） ～ Deadline for submissions. In addition, the applicant must own the copyright.
・ Photographs of events, scenery, gourmet food, other travel snapshots, and photos of hidden places of interest taken within Ichinomiya Town.

[Notes]

（ 1 ） Entries may be used as tourist photo materials by Ichinomiya-cho Tourist Association.
（ 2 ） Entries must be taken by the entrant him/herself and we will not be held responsible for any infringement of intellectual property rights or portrait rights of the subjects.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to obtain permission for use when submitting the entry.
In the event of a dispute with a third party, it is the responsibility of the entrant to resolve the dispute.
（ 3 ） Winners will be required to submit image data. Please be advised that the organizer will use the data for publicity of the town.
（ 4 ） Personal information provided by entrants will be used only for administrative purposes in accordance with these guidelines.
（ 5 ） In case of any infringement of standards, notes, etc., the prize will be cancelled.
（ 6 ） Any work deemed by the organizer to be inappropriate for the purpose of the event will be voided without permission.
