⚫参加燈明料 土曜日 ほぐしヨガ700円
（毎週水曜・隔週木曜も開催しております）
※住職のプチ法話あり
★参加条件
①現在、または過去に健康上の問題がある方、必ず事前に医師の診断•許可を得てご参加下さい。
②慢性疾患や痛みがある場合は、ご自身の責任と判断でレッスンにご参加下さい。
③香水を使用してのご参加はお控え下さい。
★新型コロナウイルス対策
三密を避けるため、下記対応を取らせていただきます。
①密閉→堂内窓開
②密集→最大定員を半分以下に下げる
③密接での会話→マスクなしでの私語厳禁（マウスシールド禁止）
④咳エチケットの徹底→咳やくしゃみをする際にタオル•ハンカチ•袖を使って、口や鼻をおさえる
