Handmade artists are welcome ！ Why don't you sell your works at the Seiwa Festival on May 18 ？?

May 18, 2024 （ "Handmade Locker Shop" will be held at the Community Seiwa Festival on Saturday ） May 18, 2024.

"Handmade Locker Shop" will utilize a space originally used as an elementary school locker to exhibit ・ and sell handmade works.

We are currently accepting applications for stalls.
Why don't you sell your handmade accessories and miscellaneous goods ？ ？

Date ： May 18, 2024 （ Sat ） 10:00 ～ 15:00 00
Venue ： Seiwa Community Base Complex Oragawa
Address ： 36 Nishiawakura, Kimitsu, Chiba

[Stall Details]
Stall Fee ： 200 yen per locker （ Up to 3 items per stall ）
Description of items ： Handmade items
Standard of lockers ： Height about 27 ． 5cm, width about 34cm, depth about 39 ． 5cm


[Notes]
・ Any genre is acceptable as long as it is handmade, such as accessories, miscellaneous goods, interior design, etc.
・ Food products can only be sold if they are made in a place with the necessary permits, individually packaged, and labeled for quality.
・ Items deemed inappropriate by the organizer cannot be sold.
・ Checkout will be done collectively by the management staff and settled after the event. （ Please put a price tag on each item ）
・ Set-up and take-down will be done on the day of the event, so only vendors who can come to the venue on the day of the event may open their stalls.
・ Please be sure to restore your stall to its original state when removing it from the lockers.

[Flow of opening a booth]
① Application （ by 4/26 ） ： Application within 5 days after application We will notify you of completion.
② Placement decision ： We will inform you of your locker placement and schedule for the day around early May.
③ Reception on the day ・ Set up ： Please pay the stall fee at reception.
④ During the Seiwa Festival ： The management staff will collect your check, so please enjoy the Seiwa Festival at your leisure.
⑤ Settlement ・ Removal


The Seiwa Festival is full of events for children and adults alike, including flea markets, workshops, bingo games, etc.
