Things to bring ： Yoga mat, towel, drink
Recommended age < ： 4-5 years old and up

Stretching - pair yoga, challenge poses,
Finally, relaxing poses on your back 😌

Homework, lessons, video games and summer activities ♡
Children who are still unable to control their emotions will be able to relax with yoga.
