Q. What kind of job is a “blacksmith”? ？

It’s a job that involves “cutting ・, welding ・, and assembling steel frames”—tasks that are essential for large-scale structures such as buildings, bridges, and factories. You might picture a traditional craftsman, but in reality, this is a vital profession that supports modern construction and infrastructure ！. Those who can shape steel with such skill are truly “modern masters.” It’s the perfect fit for anyone who wants to learn a trade and enjoy stable employment.

Q. What are the future prospects for “blacksmiths”? ？

With ongoing efforts to address aging infrastructure and urban redevelopment, demand is growing steadily. National regulations also mandate “maintenance once every five years,” ensuring a consistently stable workload ！. Furthermore, with the declining birthrate and aging population leading to a shortage of skilled workers, there is a growing need for young talent. Even in the age of AI, this is a “lifelong skill” that machines cannot replace.

Q. Workplace Atmosphere and Work-Life Balance ？

Our company is a vibrant team led by our CEO in his early 30s, with young employees playing a central role ！

With “weekends and holidays off ＆ and a 5:00 PM finish,” you can prioritize your personal life. We also provide a supportive environment where you can aim for an annual income of 5 million yen in your 20s, start as a part-time employee, and take advantage of our dormitory facilities—all designed to ensure a comfortable work experience tailored to each individual.

＼ We are currently hiring part-time workers&contract employees ・ and full-time employees ／
If you’re looking to “learn a trade in your local community” or “acquire skills that will provide peace of mind for the future,” please feel free to contact us ！

Q. What kind of work is it? ？
This job involves performing inspections and maintenance at the large-scale plants and factories located in the Keiyo area of Sodegaura to ensure that equipment continues to operate smoothly.
This is a critical role that ensures manufacturing operations don’t come to a halt, and since regular inspections are mandated by law, there is a very stable workload throughout the year.

Q. Is it okay if I’m not familiar with machinery? ？
Of course it’s okay. ！ Even in today’s world of advancing AI and automation, there will always be a need for “human hands” to assess the condition of machinery on-site and perform maintenance. In fact, precisely because this is a field where skilled workers are becoming increasingly scarce, it’s worth acquiring lifelong skills even if you’re starting with no experience.
It’s perfectly fine to start by slowly learning the names of tools and safe work procedures.

Q. What is the workplace atmosphere like, and how easy is it to work here? ？
Led by our CEO in his early 30s, we’re an energetic and friendly team where young employees play a central role.
With “weekends and holidays off ＆ and a 5:00 PM finish,” you can ensure plenty of personal time. We also provide an environment tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, including the option to start as a part-time worker or live in company housing.
