[Lecturer] Makoto Akagawa, nutritionist at Genmai Enzyme Co. Born in Niigata, Japan. After losing his father to cancer, he became interested in food and health and became a certified dietitian.
Graduated from Shizuoka University, Faculty of Agriculture, and Hana Nutrition College.
She is also a certified counselor by the Health Counseling Association, a non-profit organization.
An active athlete who trains alongside her work.
